Conduct manual, automated, and performance testing on web-based applications. Ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend process improvements when necessary. Minimum Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree. 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or Software Tester in an IT company. Experience with manual and automated testing. Familiarity with performance testing techniques. Knowledge of web-based application software is helpful. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address bugs and issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, or other automated testing frameworks. Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
