You will be expected to troubleshoot and maintain VMware platforms, as well as work with various hardware, such as Cisco UCS, Dell Servers, and HP ProLiant Servers. Hands-on experience with VMware View (Horizon), vROPS, and Zerto will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide support for on-call escalations and perform root cause analysis on issues. 2. Independently resolve tickets within the agreed SLA for ticket volume and resolution time. 3. Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 4.
