Relationship Manager Gated Communities / RWAs Location: Lucknow About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between AdOnMo and Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) or gated communities. Your goal is to maintain strong relationships, ensure timely rental collections, minimize churn, and monitor site performance. You will coordinate with internal teams to enable effective below-the-line (BTL) activations and serve as the face of AdOnMo to the community. Key Responsibilities Develop and sustain strong relationships with gated communities and RWAs to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and promptly resolve issues related to billing, maintenance, or service delivery. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize rental income and enhance site performance. Monitor site metrics and identify areas for operational or service improvements. Conduct regular meetings with RWAs/gated communities to discuss service delivery, address concerns, and share company updates. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth partnership functioning. Coordinate and oversee BTL activation campaigns within gated communities/RWAs to boost engagement and brand visibility. Act as the primary point of contact for AdOnMo within the community. Maintain accurate records of all community interactions and provide periodic reports to senior management. Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date metadata is available to the sales team to make community inventory sellable.
