Roles & Responsibilities Monitor the flow of vendor invoices, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing. Reconcile vendor ledgers, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with purchase and stores teams for resolution. Deduct TDS as per applicable laws, maintain challan records, and assist in quarterly TDS return filing. Perform reconciliation of GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B returns. Maintain accounts payable records, payment proofs, and provide documentation support for internal and statutory audits. Ensure timely accounting of capital assets, calculation of depreciation, and proper tagging of assets. Job Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance) or CA Intermediate qualification. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounts payable processes.
