Motion Graphics Designer Experience: 1 2 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Candidate must be open to working in any shift About the Role We re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand to life through dynamic visual content. Key Responsibilities Create engaging motion graphics and video content for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and campaigns Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand content objectives and design direction Develop storyboards and design concepts to visualize ideas effectively Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with the brand s goals and messaging Apply strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling in all video outputs Integrate feedback efficiently, making revisions to ensure deliverables meet creative and technical expectations Maintain technical accuracy, ensuring all video outputs meet resolution, format, and platform-specific standards Communicate ideas and revisions clearly to stakeholders, fostering smooth collaboration Stay current with trends in motion design, video editing, and digital media Ensure all video assets are aligned with brand guidelines and enhance brand recognition Continuously explore and adopt new editing techniques, tools, and design trends Required Skills & Tools Strong attention to detail with a fact-based and analytical approach Proficiency in Movavi (required), and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is preferred Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is an added advantage Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies as needed by the project Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field Equivalent experience or certifications in video production or design will also be considered Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects across platforms A collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity Hands-on experience with the latest design tools and video trends Room to grow and develop your creative and technical skillset If you re excited to create motion content that engages, informs, and inspires apply now and bring your creative vision to life with us!
