What We Need to See BSEE or MSEE from a reputable institution or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in DFT, ASIC design, or a related field. Strong understanding of static timing analysis, ECO, ASIC/logic design flow, HDL, and digital logic design. Experience in RTL and gate-level verification and simulation. Familiarity with BIST architecture, JTAG, and IEEE standards (1149.1/1500). Proficiency in Scan ATPG, compression techniques, and memory tests. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Scripting knowledge (Perl or Python) is essential.
