Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Talent Management and Leadership Development. A significant portion of this experience should be in a leadership or people management role. Retail industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Deep understanding of talent management principles and best practices. Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights. Ability to influence senior leadership and engage employees in development programs. Proven success in developing and retaining top talent in an organization. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Some travel may be required for the delivery of training and development programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leadership development, talent management, and have a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact within Titan.
