What You Bring Technical Skills 12+ years in design, development, or architecture roles. 8+ years in integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, Oracle SOA, etc.). Deep understanding of API, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Hands-on experience with iPaaS (Workato preferred), SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI. Comfortable coding in Java, Python, or Ruby. Experience with CI/CD and connector SDKs a plus. Soft Skills & Mindset Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. Agile practitioner with stakeholder-facing experience. Self-starter with curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action.
