Access Control: Maintain document security by defining access rights and ensuring only authorized personnel can modify or approve documents. Reporting & Updates: Prepare reports on document status, pending approvals, or compliance gaps and share regular updates with project managers and senior leadership. Digital Tools: Utilize document control software, databases, and project management systems to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage documents. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industries. Strong knowledge of document control systems, procedures, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Proficiency in MS Office and document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
