Role Overview We're hiring a Finance Associate (R2R Function) to own collections, reconciliations, and client payment compliance. Key Responsibilities Collections Management Proactively reach out to clients with overdue accounts to negotiate and secure payments. Offer solutions and manage sensitive situations tactfully. Account Reconciliation Reconcile client accounts regularly, identify variances, and coordinate resolution with both internal teams and customers. Client Communication Serve as the go-to person for all payment-related queries. Communicate payment terms, reminders, late fees, and escalations clearly and professionally.
