About the Job As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product experiences for our clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the adoption and success of Qure.ai's innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Journey Management: Oversee the entire client journey from project delivery to post-deployment, ensuring seamless AI product experiences and maximizing impact within their environments. On-the-ground Operations: Manage operations for multiple districts and hospitals, coordinating with hospital admins, IT teams, and technical operations to ensure smooth and timely AI installations. Post-deployment Engagement: Lead data collection and feedback efforts to ensure continuous growth for key client accounts. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Qure.ai s engineering and product teams to address client needs, resolve technical challenges, and provide valuable product feedback. Product Feedback & Roadmap Contribution: Partner with product teams to relay client feedback, contributing to the development of future product features and enhancements. Process & System Improvement: Focus on optimizing internal processes and systems to improve project execution and product delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders within client organizations to produce marketing, research outcomes, and to drive further adoption of Qure s solutions. Client Issue Resolution: Manage client complaints by liaising with IT and program teams, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout the process. Travel Requirements: Be prepared for domestic travel, primarily within the state of Rajasthan, to support on-ground activities and client engagement. Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or public health sector. Experience managing large-scale projects is a plus. People Management Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate teams, both remotely and on-site. Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, quick learner, and problem solver with a client-first mindset. Healthcare Knowledge (Plus): Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage. Travel Willingness: Must be willing to travel extensively within Rajasthan and occasionally outside the state to support project deployments.
