The candidate will play a role in supporting the efficient management and analysis of our contracts, ensuring compliance, and in-turn facilitating effective decision-making within the organization. What You'll Do Support the team on various legal aspects of contract management and applicable regulatory requirements. Review, negotiate, and maintain confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors, as well as agreements for goods and services. Maintain knowledge of the Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines and propose changes to ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour law requirements.
