Position: Quality Engineer Aluminium Extrusion Department: Quality Assurance Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Aluminium Extrusion division. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and conduct quality inspections throughout the aluminium extrusion process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer in the aluminium extrusion industry. Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve quality issues promptly. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
