Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, project profitability, and overall efficiency. Organize and lead stakeholder and project team meetings, capturing minutes and follow-ups. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Technical Scrum Master Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 5 7 Years (Minimum 3+ years in a relevant Scrum Master role) Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering enterprise-level digital and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans defining scope, timelines, goals, resources, and budgets. Drive end-to-end sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Agile Leadership Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Kanban practices across internal and client teams.
