This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and leadership capabilities to manage teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver high-quality embedded solutions on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple embedded software projects from inception through completion. Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with customer and internal expectations. Guide teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) following standards such as ASPICE, CMMI, or equivalent. Participate in embedded software development using languages such as C, C++, or Python.
