Position Title: Senior Vice President Engineering Location: Mumbai Department: Technology Role Overview We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our technology platforms. Software Delivery & DevOps Excellence Drive end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment. Enforce best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability. Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices for streamlined releases. Platform Modernization & Cloud Transformation Lead initiatives for cloud migration, platform re-architecture, and modernization. Ensure platform security, resilience, and compliance across environments. Technology Stack Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript Backend: .NET, Node.js, Python Databases: RDBMS, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins Collaboration & Tools: GitHub, Jira, Confluence Desired Candidate Profile 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles. Proven track record of scaling engineering functions and delivering high-impact platforms in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Deep technical proficiency across multiple tech stacks and strong architectural understanding of large-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated experience with cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform security. Position Title: Head of Technology / Head of Engineering Location: Mumbai Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to lead our engineering team and drive the development of innovative, scalable, and high-impact tech solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure, internal systems, product architecture, third-party integrations, and the full software development lifecycle from ideation to execution. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, while fostering a high-performance engineering culture. Qualifications, Experience, and Aptitude Experience: 12-20 years of experience in consulting or within a technology company or product vendor, with a focus on CX technology and pre-sales services. CX Technology Expertise: Deep experience with digital experience technologies such as UX/UI, web content management, analytics, optimization, personalization, customer data platforms, and eCommerce. Solution Architect Experience: Proven track record as an enterprise architect, solution architect, or solution lead, especially in architecting service scope and integrated architectures using Adobe Experience Cloud products. Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Adobe products such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, CJA, AJO), Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Workfront. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, websites, architectures, and use cases to determine the best solution using Adobe technology. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a compelling, clear, and concise manner, tailored to different stakeholders. Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality proposals and responses.
