About the Role: Associate Director, Workflow Digitization S&P Global is looking for an experienced Product Manager to serve as a key tactical interface between core business and technology teams. Working with Product Owners and mature scrum teams, this role enables Commodity Insights researchers, analysts, market reporters and news to digitize and improve business processes, using next-gen technologies in a seamless, productive way. This hands-on role involves creating solutions, optimizing processes & leading initiatives to solve business problems while striving for high adoption of solutions through effective change management & communications. The Team: The Product Management team is a highly motivated team scaling innovation and building platforms for our Commodity Insight business lines including news, pricing, research and analytics. We use Agile methodologies to drive ongoing delivery work closely with business and technology partners to share knowledge, embrace change and implement best-of-breed technology. Responsibilities and Impact: This role is a key partner in supporting the Commodity Insights strategy by designing and implementing service-oriented solutions within our digital workflow platforms. You will be the Product Manager for the services that solve diverse business problems by developing our next generation of workflow systems to leverage latest automation, GenAI and cloud technologies by working closely with stakeholders in an end-to-end implementation of the solution: inception, prototyping, development, and productionizing. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to translate complex business processes to technical solutions. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on external product management feedback, business requirements and internal goals. Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and stakeholders to identify product requirements and prioritize feature development. Identify and drive opportunities for incorporating new technologies into existing workflows to optimize current operations. Work closely with the product owners and software development team to ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor and analyze application performance and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions. Develop and manage a high performing teams, creating an environment to enable them to excel, leading by example and providing regular coaching for their continued development. What We re Looking For: A highly motivated and disciplined team player with7-10 years of product management experience, particularly in application or platform delivery using Agile methodology Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt communication styles, and a willingness to listen and learn Experience with LEAN management and language is a plus. Overview Main Purpose: The North America Associate Enterprise Architect will provide a support role to the North America Enterprise Architecture team in developing the architecture deliverables such as conceptual, logical, and physical architecture according to the provided templates. The associate architect will also perform the necessary due diligence as directed by the EA team in different pursuits and gather the necessary information for decision making. This may include working with PepsiCo internal teams as well as external players such as potential vendors and/or research analysts. Understanding of PepsiCo Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) architecture, data integration patterns and data & analytics concepts. Understanding of integration technologies and patterns; data architecture and patterns. Understanding of technology trends in the Supply chain areas and aptitude to learn about technologies such as IoT, Computer vision, AR/VR and their applicability in various use cases Ability to demonstrate a mindset for the Conceptual, Logical, Physical levels of architecture and apply them effectively. Systems thinking, understanding of relationships between various systems. Knowledge of cloud native principles, modern software development stack (Java based Microservices, Event driven programming, PHP, Node.js, React.js, React Native, HTML5, REST/SOAP APIs,) and modern software development process (lean, Agile, SAFE, DevOps, CI/CD) Demonstrable ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
