Oversee employee life cycle processes, including hiring, development, evaluation, promotion/demotion, and termination, in conjunction with Human Resources. Manage and coach Service Leaders, Performance Development Coordinators (PDCs), and Field Service Quality Coordinators (FSQCs). Ensure proper employee evaluation and development to maintain high standards of field operations. Qualifications & Experience Education: Undergraduate degree in Production and Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations. Strong leadership and team management experience. Knowledge of safety and service quality standards. Skills & Competencies Proven experience managing profit/loss and ROI. Strong understanding of operational excellence and process improvement. Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams for high performance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Commitment to safety and quality initiatives.
