The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity lifecycle, threat analysis, and risk assessment processes, with a strong focus on automotive embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of ISO 21434 standards and ensure full organizational compliance. Conduct Threat and Risk Assessment (TARA) based on HARA, and define cybersecurity goals and concepts. Translate cybersecurity goals into robust system-level designs and validation strategies. Develop and implement cybersecurity design features including Secure Boot, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Secure Communication protocols. Drive cybersecurity planning activities, assessments, and design reuse strategies across projects. Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation; support DFMEA activities and obtain stakeholder approvals. Work directly with customers on RFQ analysis, technical proposals, and design clarifications. Collaborate with Functional Safety teams to align cybersecurity goals with safety objectives. Actively participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings to ensure integration across all system domains. Utilize industry-standard tools for evaluating cybersecurity and functional safety compliance. Technical Expertise Required: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in ISO 21434 implementation. Strong hands-on experience in TARA, the cybersecurity lifecycle, and associated tools. Expertise in automotive/embedded security concepts and architectures. Solid understanding of system-level design, validation, and cybersecurity concept development. Strong documentation and presentation skills for technical and stakeholder communication.
