Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and company standards. What You Bring 8+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
