Job Title: Technical Recruiter (HR) We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Recruiter who understands the process of building scalable, secure, and high-performance teams. You ll work with a group of experienced professionals, building relationships, sharing knowledge, and growing together. If you have a passion for recruitment and an eye for identifying top talent, we d love to have you on board. Primary Objectives: Write and post clear, concise technical job descriptions. Efficiently fill open positions with qualified candidates. Source, interview, and coordinate with potential candidates. Engage with colleges and institutes for campus recruitment and placement. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers or CEOs to identify upcoming job openings and recruitment needs. Write detailed job descriptions and post them to job boards and social media platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Coordinate with colleges and institutes to arrange campus placements and recruitment drives. Identify candidates based on skills and qualifications, screening resumes effectively. Conduct pre-screening calls or video interviews to assess candidates abilities. Perform background checks and reference verification for shortlisted candidates. Coordinate with team leaders to arrange technical interviews and practical rounds. Provide detailed feedback to management about candidate progress and status. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires to ensure they integrate well into the company. Technical Skills You Should Have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions. Effective negotiation skills. Familiarity with the recruitment process and online platforms. Ability to establish strong relationships with college placement cells and educational institutes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Key Expertise: Platforms: Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, MHRD, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Current Openings: 02 Key Responsibilities As a Security Engineer, your role will include: Network & System Defense: Monitor, analyze, and defend against cyber threats and intrusions. Incident Response & Threat Hunting: Actively hunt for potential threats, conduct thorough incident responses, and analyze logs for suspicious activity. Security Measure Implementation: Fine-tune and implement firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions to safeguard our systems. Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Assessments: Identify security risks by conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments. Threat Emulation: Simulate real-world attacks to proactively test our defenses. Reporting & Recommendations: Develop detailed reports on security risks and provide actionable recommendations for remediation. Secure Architecture Management: Design and manage secure architectures to protect our systems and data. Policy Development: Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to enhance our security framework. Collaboration Across Teams: Work with IT and development teams to ensure security is integrated into all layers of our infrastructure. Mentorship: Train and mentor junior security team members to build a stronger security foundation. Required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience in security administration, particularly with both Blue Team (defensive) and Red Team (offensive) functions. Strong knowledge of security architecture, network protocols, and security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or CEH are highly preferred.
