Job Title: Android Developer About the Role IVS Software Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Android Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end Android application development, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric mobile applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Android development, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Define Clear Objectives Understand project requirements and define actionable goals for each development phase to stay focused and organized. Effective Communication Maintain regular updates with team members and clients. Communicate progress, address roadblocks, and seek feedback to align with project goals. Adherence to Design Guidelines Follow Android Material Design principles to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across devices. API Integration Integrate external APIs and data sources securely and efficiently. Handle edge cases and errors gracefully. Unit Testing Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests to validate app functionality and reliability. Bug Fixing & Performance Optimization Identify and fix bugs. Continuously analyze and optimize code for performance. Continuous Learning Stay current with emerging Android technologies, tools, and best practices. Documentation Document code, architecture, and APIs clearly for easy collaboration and future reference. Professional Conduct Maintain professionalism in team and client interactions. Meet deadlines and proactively address challenges. Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in Android application development. Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Android NDK. Familiar with RESTful APIs integration. Proficient in using Git or other version control systems. Knowledge of testing tools relevant to Android development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in a start-up environment is a plus. Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
