Role Overview: This is a technical, client-facing role responsible for providing consulting and technical advisory support for the implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions. The goal is to help clients maximize the value of their Adobe Campaign implementation and ensure high levels of satisfaction. The consultant will provide both strategic advice and hands-on technical support throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Consulting: Work with clients to assess requirements and configure Adobe Campaign to meet their business needs, including setting up ETL and data flows. Design and implement customer-specific solutions, ensuring integration with existing infrastructures and mobile platforms. Provide proactive troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and resolution. Create implementation plans, manage smaller projects, and report progress to Project Management. Deliver knowledge transfer and training to clients on the solutions implemented. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Work closely with both onshore consulting teams and Quality Assurance to ensure professional and high-quality delivery. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other consultants to provide multi-product enablement and integration solutions. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for client implementations, product installations, upgrades, and configurations. Stay up to date with Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and provide creative, innovative solutions to client challenges. Required Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Programming experience in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, PHP. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and HTML DOM manipulation. Skills & Experience: Good communication skills for customer interactions and documentation. The team is also responsible for monitoring the tax control framework and co-development of tax related technology infrastructure along with IT team and maintaining Global Process Model (GPM) and exceptions resolution for tax related issues Main purpose of job: The Global Tax function has launched the Future of Tax (FOT) transformation project under the Digital Finance umbrella. As part of the Future of Tax project, compliance work related to direct tax, indirect tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing which will be done by Business and Supplier Operations Team, under a new target Operating Model (TOM). The new TOM will involve tax process to be performed across Global Tax team, Country Tax Team, UniOps and 3rd party consultant (Big 4s). The UniOps team is envisioned to be the central tax data organization with the responsibility to deliver good quality data. The team has to manage tax data in order to improve the efficiency of the tax operations in a cost-effective manner. Check for accuracy and allowance of expenses for tax deduction Monthly/quarterly calculation of VAT and preparation of VAT returns for various countries across the globe Annual preparation of Corporate Income Tax packs of various countries across the globe Post tax related entries in the books of accounts, after sign off from country tax team Ensure tax related payments happen to government / tax authorities as per the timelines in respective countries. Ensure tax related controls and compliance are met as per the Unilever control framework Prepare and maintain detailed documentation/files on monthly basis related to direct tax reporting. Provide documentation / data support on the audit queries raised with analysis performed. Archiving of documents of all the direct tax related activities from data extraction till filings in company dedicated folders as per ITGC & audit requirements. Technical Skills Good Accounting Knowledge (Record to Report) Overview of Direct/Indirect Tax Fully conversant with SAP (FI Module) Awareness of Power BI, Tableau and Workflow management tools would be an added advantage. Successful transition of Record to Report or other finance activities to a Global Hub Soft skills: Good in verbal and written communications.
