This role involves close collaboration with the sales team and customers to understand project specifications, analyze CAD files, and design preliminary hot runner systems using 3D modeling software and AutoCAD. The Sales Support Engineer also supports the CAE team in optimizing designs and assists service engineers in diagnosing and resolving system issues. Effective communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Design preliminary hot runner systems using 3D modeling software and AutoCAD. Analyze customer requests and CAD files to identify critical technical aspects. Collaborate with Sales and Application Engineering teams to clarify project specifications. Ensure all necessary specifications are gathered and documented accurately. Conduct CAE simulations to optimize hot runner designs and interpret mold flow analysis results (pressure, injection times, flow rates, etc.).
