Stay current with the latest advancements in algorithms, tools, and theoretical frameworks, exploring areas such as model interpretability and efficient deep learning training. Prototype and evaluate advanced models like CNNs, RNNs, and other deep learning architectures. Develop foundational algorithms and frameworks applicable across diverse machine learning challenges. Focus on enhancing model efficiency, reducing bias, and improving explainability. Document research methods, experiments, and theoretical contributions to facilitate knowledge sharing. Candidate Profile Master s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields; PhD is a strong plus. 8+ years of research and development experience with deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 5+ years experience deploying ML models in production environments. Proficient with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience contributing to invention disclosures and intellectual property processes. Proven publication record in leading machine learning conferences or journals.
