The L2 Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity by swiftly addressing incidents that impact operations. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Monitoring: Regularly monitor dashboards and alert systems like Datadog and Sentry to detect anomalies and potential issues in real-time. Incident Management: Proactively identify and escalate incidents by raising Jira tickets, categorizing issues by urgency and business impact. Immediate Issue Resolution: Utilize strong debugging skills to diagnose and resolve high-priority issues swiftly, minimizing business disruptions.
