Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN. Flexibility to work with multiple programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python) and technologies like XSLT and XML Pipelines. Good-to-Have Skills Experience working with the Node.js stack.
