The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting DCM and Fluke testing, analyzing electrical test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform DCM testing and make technical decisions based on electrical test results Carry out Fluke testing to assess performance and quality of products Prepare and review customer test reports in accordance with project and product standards Communicate test outcomes with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and design Conduct technical analysis of test results to identify deviations and propose corrective actions Ensure adherence to quality standards and document all testing procedures accurately Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function Key Skills & Requirements: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline 2 3 years of experience in electrical product testing, preferably in cables or related equipment Hands-on experience with DCM and Fluke testing tools Basic understanding of electrical standards and customer quality requirements Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Qualification : Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
