Qualifications: Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years of managing engineering teams. Experience in setting up or managing an engineering hub is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Expertise in computer science principles, software design, and development workflows. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps). Other Skills: Proven ability in building and scaling engineering teams.
