Job Title: Operations Head - Server Manufacturing We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Head to lead and optimize our server manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring that all production activities align with the company's goals and market demands. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in server manufacturing, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Manufacturing Leadership: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overarching goals and address market demands. Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of server production, including scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. Quality Control Management: Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee that products meet the highest industry standards and compliance regulations. Cost Optimization: Drive cost optimization initiatives that reduce expenses without compromising the quality or efficiency of production processes.
