Job Title: Operations Head - Server Manufacturing We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Head to lead and optimize our server manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring that all production activities align with the company's goals and market demands. This dual-role position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver storage products that combine technical robustness with an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Storage Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of storage solutions such as file systems, object storage, and data management platforms. Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of storage systems and frontend components.
