Position: Sr. .NET Developer Experience: 8-12 Years Work Location: Jaipur Job Description: Understand project objectives from a user s point of view, analyze requirements, and design database structures. Provide architectural guidance to the project team with a strong focus on solution architecture, performance, scalability, and security. Mentor and provide design guidance to junior Software Engineers. Consult on approach and analyze and propose optimum solutions within a team of peers. Develop a technology roadmap for changes in collaboration with product and management teams. Hands-on coding is mandatory (not just a managerial role). Education: B.Tech. (Any Specialization) / M.Tech. (Any Specialization) / MCA Key Skills: Expertise in web-based technologies: ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 C# MVC JavaScript LINQ Web API WCF MS SQL Server 2005/2008 SQL Server Reporting Services Experience with AJAX, jQuery, HTML5. Strong understanding of build and continuous integration concepts. Exposure to Microsoft technologies is a must. Expertise in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming. Experience in designing and building applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, high reliability, and maintainability. Understand project requirements, define functionalities, and document them as low-level design documents. Ensure completion of development activities on schedule with high quality. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with clients and teams. Team leadership experience, guiding Software Engineers on assigned projects. Qualification : B.Tech.
