In this role, you will be instrumental in transitioning ZL Tech s flagship products to a highly scalable, reliable, and performant SaaS platform. You will design and develop cloud-native microservices and work collaboratively across global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with geographically distributed engineering teams to migrate and enhance applications into scalable, reliable, and high-performance SaaS architecture. Lead the transition from monolithic systems to microservices architecture ensuring modularity and scalability. Work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support scalable service integrations. Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and related container technologies. Implement and improve DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable software delivery. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering quality code on schedule. Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience building large-scale distributed systems with a focus on scalability and reliability. At least 2 years of professional experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms. Proven experience in cloud-native application development, preferably on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong expertise in designing and building REST APIs for SaaS environments. Solid understanding of DevOps culture and practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Preferred Skills Experience with microservices frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
