In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, etc. Experience with automation and configuration management tools. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PHP). Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in the cloud. Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is handled according to customer specifications and eDiscovery standards while assisting in various technical tasks and reporting. Key job responsibilities: Assist in various eDiscovery workflows within the Casepoint platform, including data processing, data ingestion, overlay, data conversion, archive, deletion, and data export.
