Your Role: Lead Software Engineer We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions in the field of embedded systems, with a strong background in C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). You will be joining a dynamic team at Siemens Advanta, where your role will be central to developing software for industrial IoT and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, and optimize embedded systems and software solutions using C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Work with Linux as the operating system for development and Linux Networking for connecting devices and systems in an industrial IoT environment. System Optimization: Optimize performance of embedded systems and contribute to improving the efficiency and reliability of developed software. Problem-Solving & Analysis: Apply excellent analytical skills to solve complex software development challenges. Engage in deep troubleshooting and debugging to ensure the robustness and stability of the software. Collaboration & Learning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Continuously enhance technical expertise by learning new technologies and methodologies. Desired Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: Strong experience in C/C++ programming. Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Proficient in embedded systems and development tools.
