About this role: Gartner is looking for well-rounded and motivated Leaders to join the Gartner Innovation Tools team. The Innovation Tools team is responsible for developing innovative growth products for end-users. The team is responsible for R&D into new areas and come up with rapid solutions that can be taken to the market. What you ll do: Be a part of a new energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products. Build modern future-proof solutions for millions of end-users. Work with Open-source technologies and applications. Work in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology rock stars. Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts. Continuously problem-solve to create secure and simple solutions. Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance. Bring to life elegant and modern designs. What you will need: 12-16 years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability. Must have: Expertise in designing architecture for complex systems. Expertise with AWS cloud. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices. Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ Service Mesh). Exposure to DevOps, Terraform and GitOps (Argo, Helm) is a big plus. Strong experience with architectural patterns implementation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Who you are: Education qualification as graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering is required. Excellent communication and prioritization skills. Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment. Owns success Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions. Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.
