Manage, update, and maintain technical documentation across the organization. Work with product and marketing teams to adapt technical documentation for presentations and promotional use. Provide mentorship and training to other technical writers as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them in a simple, understandable way, using text and visuals. Required Skills & Experience: 1-5 years of experience in technical writing. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Agile methodology, and Camtasia. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence is a plus.
