Proven track record in strategic sales planning, account management, customer relationship management, market analysis, and commercial negotiations. Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to manage large teams (75-100 members). Highly technical and strategic sales mindset, with a strong winning attitude. Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills, with high ethical standards and integrity. Strong knowledge of risk management, sales reporting, and team development. Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi. Travel: Up to 40% travel within India.
