The ideal candidate will have experience developing AI/ML models, integrating them with web applications, and deploying scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, train, test, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications including classification, regression, and natural language processing (NLP). Integrate machine learning models into Django-based web applications. Work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, ElasticSearch, Textract or similar libraries for AI/ML development. Design and implement APIs for model interaction using Django REST Framework (DRF). Optimize model performance and improve accuracy using feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning. Manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to store AI-related data. Deploy machine learning models using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability. Lead a team of engineers and provide technical leadership/mentorship. Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and product managers to create seamless AI-driven applications. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and integrate them into projects. SKILLS SET & QUALIFICATION: Proficient in one or more of the following AI/ML development libraries: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, or ElasticSearch, Textract, and similar libraries. Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analysis. Hands-on work experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline logic, Azure, and cloud services. A minimum of 3 years of experience required in AI technologies. Great communication skills.
