Key Responsibilities: Design and develop embedded software applications, with emphasis on wireless communication. Interface with Hardware, Systems, and Validation teams to ensure system-level functionality. Debug, test, and validate embedded software; support integration and issue resolution. Follow industry standards such as MISRA and processes like ASPICE throughout the development lifecycle. Manage version control, maintain clear documentation of software modules and updates. Optimize embedded code for performance and memory usage across diverse hardware platforms. Develop and implement diagnostics features for real-time system monitoring and issue tracking. Technical Skills & Requirements: Strong programming expertise in Embedded C; working knowledge of C++ is an advantage. Hands-on experience with wireless protocols such as BLE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE. Familiarity with embedded operating systems like Android, Linux, FreeRTOS. Proficient in multi-core systems, particularly ARM Cortex controllers. Skilled in memory management, including memory allocation, flash memory handling, and data encryption. Experience with communication protocols: Low-level: CAN, UART, SPI, USB, Ethernet Network: HTTP, TCP/IP, MQTT, FTP Strong grasp of socket programming, including scripting and client/server code development. Experience in structured software development, coding standards, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Exposure to QUECTEL GSM modules is a plus. Job Title: Cyber Security Lead Department: ETG Location: Coimbatore Experience Required: 10 15 Years Education: B.E / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, or EIE M.E / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, or EIE Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to oversee the implementation and compliance of ISO 21434 within our automotive systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity lifecycle, threat analysis, and risk assessment processes, with a strong focus on automotive embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of ISO 21434 standards and ensure full organizational compliance. Conduct Threat and Risk Assessment (TARA) based on HARA, and define cybersecurity goals and concepts. Translate cybersecurity goals into robust system-level designs and validation strategies. Develop and implement cybersecurity design features including Secure Boot, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Secure Communication protocols. Drive cybersecurity planning activities, assessments, and design reuse strategies across projects. Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation; support DFMEA activities and obtain stakeholder approvals. Work directly with customers on RFQ analysis, technical proposals, and design clarifications. Collaborate with Functional Safety teams to align cybersecurity goals with safety objectives. Actively participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings to ensure integration across all system domains. Utilize industry-standard tools for evaluating cybersecurity and functional safety compliance. Technical Expertise Required: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in ISO 21434 implementation. Strong hands-on experience in TARA, the cybersecurity lifecycle, and associated tools. Expertise in automotive/embedded security concepts and architectures. Solid understanding of system-level design, validation, and cybersecurity concept development. Strong documentation and presentation skills for technical and stakeholder communication.
