Role: Customer Success Specialist Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Type: Full-Time Industry: B2B SaaS, Customer Experience, Enterprise Software As a Customer Success Specialist at Kovai.co, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our products. You'll work closely with clients to build strong relationships, resolve issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Customer Data Analysis: Use customer data insights to enhance user experience and improve product adoption. Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to maximize value, reduce churn, and support upselling strategies. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Customer Success Process: Follow established best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your Work Profile As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Risk Controls team, your main responsibilities will be: SOX, Cloud, and Data Management IT/IS Controls Testing and Assurance: Design and execute controls testing strategies to assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls. Control Testing Strategies: Review existing risk control testing approaches and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing them based on industry best practices and IT risk control frameworks. Testing Documentation and Reporting: Create test plans, scripts, and detailed documentation to highlight findings and recommendations. Prepare workpapers and reports, ensuring that controls testing outputs align with refined methodologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with departments to conduct control walkthroughs, evidence collection, and develop templates to facilitate efficient and consistent testing. Compliance and Risk Monitoring: Develop methods for monitoring and measuring risk, compliance, and assurance activities. Use knowledge of GRC tools like ServiceNow or Archer to streamline testing procedures. Cyber Compliance: Understand and apply relevant compliance regulations, such as RBI, SEBI, and CERT-In, to your work. Knowledge Sharing and Process Improvements: Stay current on industry standards and best practices related to controls testing, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Desired Qualifications Experience: 1-7 years of experience in Cyber Risk Controls. Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Certifications: ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA, ITIL, or equivalent certifications. Technical Skills: Proficiency with GRC tools like ServiceNow, Archer, etc. Understanding of cyber compliance regulations (RBI, SEBI, Cert-in). Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues clearly and effectively. Location and Way of Working Base Location: Coimbatore / Chennai / Kochi. Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to client locations is required.
