Position: Web Development Project Manager We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Web Development Project Manager who thrives on building scalable and secure web applications. You ll be working with a talented pool of developers, collaborating and sharing your knowledge to enhance your team s capabilities and deliver exceptional web experiences. Primary Objectives: Lead web development projects from initial concept to successful launch. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the entire web development lifecycle, from coding and design to testing and final support, ensuring that deadlines, quality, and project goals are met. Technical Change Management: Manage technical changes, source code, and documentation, adhering to best practices and maintaining smooth transitions. Coordination & Communication: Manage the coordination of all development stages, ensuring that every team member stays aligned with project goals and timelines. Architecture Guidance: Provide clear, insightful architectural guidance to ensure scalable, flexible, and efficient applications. Team Collaboration: Organize regular meetings with stakeholders and project members to discuss progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Planning & Execution: Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure that resources are properly allocated to meet project deadlines. Web Architecture: Supervise the development of both frontend and backend architectures, optimizing for high performance, security, and scalability. Technical Skills You Should Have: Front-End Proficiency: Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. JavaScript Frameworks: Familiarity with AngularJS (version > 2.0) or similar frameworks. Server-Side Skills: Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as PHP, Node.js. PHP Frameworks: In-depth understanding of PHP frameworks like Laravel. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL. Web Application Experience: Previous experience managing projects in high-volume web environments. Full SDLC Understanding: Solid knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Expertise: HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular (version > 2.0), SCSS, PHP, Node.js, Laravel, MySQL. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., M.E. in CSE/IT).
