Job Title: Production Head - Server Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage our server production operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in server manufacturing, with a proven track record of leadership and deep technical expertise in large-scale production operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement production strategies that align with the company's goals and industry standards. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production supervisors and technicians, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. End-to-End Production Management: Oversee the entire server production lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and final product delivery.
