Job Title: Derivative Product Head Department: Derivative Location: Vadodara Key Responsibilities Client Conversion & Training Implement a structured migration plan to convert equity clients to the derivatives segment through relationship mapping and targeted product pitching. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for clients to educate them on derivative products, benefits, usage, and risk management. Address and resolve client queries related to derivative products, contracts, strategies, and market dynamics. Branch / Franchisee Development Visit branches, franchisees, and business associate locations to promote the adoption of derivative products. Train sales and support teams on derivative concepts, regulatory compliance, and business development strategies. Ensure alignment of front-line teams with Jhaveri Securities derivative strategy. Customer Engagement & Strategy Execution Organize group meetings, seminars, and webinars to educate clients on derivative products and provide market updates. Develop and promote derivative strategies ranging from basic to advanced, tailored for retail and HNI clients. Drive volume and client engagement, particularly around expiry days, to maximize turnover. Business Planning & Execution Prepare and execute monthly business development plans and annual work plans aligned with company goals. Monitor target achievement and take corrective actions as needed. Product & Marketing Development Collaborate with management to develop and launch new derivative products and strategies. Create and distribute training materials, product notes, pitch documents, marketing collateral, and regulatory FAQs for internal and external stakeholders. Utilize marketing tools to increase derivative product awareness and client confidence. Key Skills & Competencies Expert knowledge of derivative products (Futures, Options, Strategies, Hedging). Strong understanding of SEBI guidelines, exchange bylaws, and account opening compliance procedures. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in addressing both small groups and large audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to design client-specific derivative strategies. Goal-oriented, energetic, self-driven, and entrepreneurial. Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree (relevant certifications such as ETAM are a must). Job Title: Technical Research Analyst Department: Research Location: Vadodara Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research, compile, analyze, and interpret data on companies, sectors, and economic conditions. Develop fundamental views on companies and industries, including estimates of key metrics such as revenue, EPS, and PE ratios. Analyze economic data to identify trends in national and local economies and prepare detailed research reports. Assess the impact of economic factors on specific sectors and companies and make projections accordingly. Utilize financial databases (e.g., C-line) to prepare company reports, sector analyses, and thematic research reports. Generate momentum calls, weekly calls, and positional calls for equity and currency markets based on technical tools and indicators. Identify and formulate investment ideas and recommendations for clients. Manage and review client portfolios regularly, including quarterly reviews. Assist senior analysts in publishing research calls and reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly research reports on equity and currency markets. Write articles and columns for media publications. Provide support to various branches and franchises, addressing queries related to industries and securities. Conduct conference calls with branches and franchises prior to market opening. Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients and colleagues on a routine basis. Monitor clients financial progress and status regularly to ensure alignment with investment goals. Demonstrate strong marketing, sales, and business development skills with a proactive approach to team leadership and growth. Qualifications Master s degree in a relevant field. NISM, NCFM, or AMFI certification is mandatory. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical research or a related field. Qualification : Masters degree in a relevant field
