Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts aligned with product requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. Collaborate with development teams to understand functionalities and design effective test cases. Perform diverse testing types including Functional, Regression, Load/Performance, and Usability testing. Validate that software meets business needs and user expectations. Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them. Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance coverage and reduce defect leakage. Ensure all software releases undergo thorough testing before production deployment. Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation on testing outcomes. Participate in project meetings to assess quality risks and propose mitigation strategies. Assist in defining QA policies, standards, and best practices across the organization. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, TestNG, or similar. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams. Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and APIs. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL processes in Amazon Redshift. Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance for data retrieval and reporting. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Implement best practices for data governance, security, and performance tuning in Redshift. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Create and maintain documentation for data models, ETL processes, and system architecture.
