Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager for our Stryder division. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to procure goods and services efficiently, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks. Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and value-added benefits. Supplier Management Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance. Monitor vendor performance across quality, delivery, and service metrics; proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with internal teams procurement, supply chain, and quality to drive supplier development. Cost Optimization Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain costs to uncover savings opportunities. Implement initiatives like bulk procurement, supplier consolidation, and renegotiation of contracts to drive efficiencies. Risk Management Identify and mitigate sourcing risks related to supply chain disruptions or market volatility. Develop contingency plans and diversify suppliers to ensure supply continuity. Contract Management Oversee supplier agreements and procurement documentation in compliance with legal standards. Track contract performance, renewal timelines, and ensure compliance with terms. Continuous Improvement Champion process improvements and adopt best practices to enhance sourcing performance. Utilize analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and drive operational excellence. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation to meet departmental objectives. Qualifications Education: BE/BTech; MBA preferred. Experience: 10 15 years in sourcing/procurement roles within reputed MNCs or large Indian organizations. Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the bicycle industry will be given preference. Qualification : BE/BTech; MBA preferred
