Senior React Native & React Developer Location: Kolkata, India Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native & React Developer to join our development team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Build and optimize dynamic, high-performing web applications using React.js. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement seamless user experiences. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following modern development practices. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to extend app functionality. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience. Debug and troubleshoot issues across mobile and web platforms. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React, React Native, and related technologies. Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and foster team-wide best practices. Required Skills: Expertise in React Native development, including experience with native modules for iOS and Android. Strong command of React.js for web development, including state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Proficiency in responsive web design and mobile-first development principles. Deep understanding of RESTful API integration. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience with React Native and React.
