Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to lead cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives. You ll work on Recommendation Engines, Chatbots, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver real-world, scalable solutions that directly impact product performance and customer engagement. This role requires strong technical expertise, innovation, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy Recommendation Systems using collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, and content-based filtering. Build intelligent Chatbots and virtual assistants with NLP capabilities for automated customer interaction. Develop Generative AI models for content creation, automation, and intelligent business processes. Research and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, T5 for domain-specific applications. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production-ready systems. Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large structured and unstructured datasets. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute new ideas for innovation and process improvement. Deep knowledge of Generative AI models including Transformers and GANs. Proficiency with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, etc.). Strong command of Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment. Solid experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and querying large datasets using SQL/NoSQL. Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows for deploying and monitoring ML models in production. Strong mathematical and statistical foundation in model development and evaluation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Reinforcement Learning and personalization in recommendation systems. Understanding of ethical AI, fairness, and bias detection techniques.
