Position: Azure Infrastructure Engineer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: IT Services Department: Engineering - Software & QA Role Category: Infrastructure Engineering We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Resource Management, Azure PaaS services, Azure Compute Services, Networking, Storage Solutions, Identity & Access Management, Monitoring & Diagnostics, and DevOps practices. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our Azure infrastructure to support various applications and services, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and secure Azure infrastructure solutions using Azure Resource Manager. Manage and configure Azure PaaS services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database) to optimize application performance and reliability. Oversee Azure Compute Services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, and Container Instances. Implement and manage networking solutions, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and VPN gateways to ensure secure communication. Design and maintain storage solutions in Azure, ensuring data availability, redundancy, and security. Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Azure Active Directory and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure and manage user access. Utilize Azure Monitoring and Diagnostics tools to track infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system health. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless application deployment and efficient infrastructure management. Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with Azure services, technologies, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and overall performance. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Azure Resource Management: Strong understanding of deployment techniques and resource management within the Azure environment. Azure PaaS Services: Proven experience working with services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database. Azure Compute Services: Proficiency in managing and configuring Virtual Machines, App Services, and Container Instances. Networking: Solid knowledge of Azure networking concepts and configurations such as Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and VPNs. Storage Solutions: Experience with Azure storage solutions and best practices for ensuring high availability, backup, and security of data. Identity & Access Management: Experience with Azure Active Directory and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Monitoring & Diagnostics: Familiarity with Azure Monitoring and Diagnostics tools to ensure optimal system performance and troubleshoot any issues. DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automation for efficient infrastructure management and deployment.
