Position: Associate Manager, Learning & Development Experience: 9 12 years Location: Thiruvananthapuram About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead the design, delivery, and management of innovative learning programs that align with IT competency frameworks and business transformation goals. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end learning strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with technology and business leaders to assess skill gaps and deliver scalable learning interventions. Develop engaging training content tailored for diverse learning styles and audience levels. Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, TalentLMS). Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Suite, Camtasia). Excellent verbal and written communication, proofreading, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Ability to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
