Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents such as Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Product Backlogs, and Competitive Analysis. Write clear and actionable documentation to communicate business needs to stakeholders and development teams. Design & Modeling: Develop Sitemaps, Information Architecture (IA), Flow Diagrams, and Wireframes using tools like Balsamiq, Visio, or Axure to communicate business and user needs effectively. Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand functional requirements and provide ongoing updates to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Act as the bridge between business users and development teams. Business Process Understanding: Understand customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
